Roger was so easy to work with! He was easy to communicate with, gave us an honest quote, and completed the project when he said he would. And our floors look great. Couldn't have gone better!

When the prices are similar, we prefer to meet--get a bid from--the person who will be doing the work. That is why Roger got the job. We appreciated his enthusiasm and benefited from his good advice. He met our high expectations.

Roger had a great mixture of professionalism and humor that helped put us at ease. He was extremely helpful with going over the different methods and stains that are used to refinish floors. We had Roger install oak floors in our home a few years ago. They were installed in two bedrooms, adjoining hallway, and the living room. The installation was done over a concrete floor and needed to be blended and matched to an existing wood floor in the kitchen.
